Sports Massage

Sports massage is the combination of different approaches to manage pain, restriction and mobility issues. Often incorporating stretching, compression and deep tissue massage.

Myofascial Cupping

Myofascial cupping works to relieve deep muscle tension in the soft tissue of the body. Myofascial cupping includes movement of the cups across the skin, this allows the therapist to work into a greater range of muscles and tissues and to gently but firmly separate tissues that are sticking together causing discomfort.

Myofascial Dry Needling

Myofascial dry needling is where a thin filament needle is inserted into a taut muscle that may contain a trigger point. Myofascial Dry Needling can be used to treat a wide range of muscular pain, stiffness and restrictions.

Taping is used to provide support in the treatment and management of injury and in rehabilitation, it may provide relief from pain and give support to the affected muscles and structures.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is used in conjunction with remedial massage to treat and manage pain through the use of heat to work with the body in relieving pain and resolving trigger points. 

Scar Tissue Release

Scar tissue release may help in reducing the binding and restrictions caused by scarring and in reducing pain in the area. Treating the scar tissue may assist in restoring feeling to the affected area.
