A little about us ...

Ben & Laura

 

​Laura, a Connemara native. 

I'm delighted to finally be back home after 16 years away (Australia, London and Spain). I've gained a wealth of knowledge on my travels but home is always home and it's great to be back.​

 

Ben, an Aussie from Perth, Western Australia.

I'm settling in great in Ireland, it felt like home straight away. We moved over in December  2022. I'm really enjoying the Irish food, the friendly atmosphere and the amazing views.

Finding the source of the discomfort & treating that is so important for long term results.​

I am a Remedial Masseuse trained in dry-needling, electrotherapy, scar tissue release, myofascial cupping, sports massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, joint mobilisation and taping for both injuries and rehabilitation. 

​

We will discuss the treatment plan at the start of the session and whatever is required will be included at no additional cost. I often provide stretches or other treatments for you to do at home to continue receiving the benefits of the treatment into the future.

Energy Healer, Life Coach & Reiki Master

I am a Reiki Master, Pranic Energy Healer, Integrated Energy Therapist, NLP Life Coach, Crystal Healer and EFT Practitioner.

During the session, I intuitively use a mix of the above modalities, tailored to your individual specific needs on the day as the session flows. After a quick chat, just lie back, relax & let your worries fade away.

DIRECTIONS

Departing Galway/Clifden:

From the N59 road, turn up the road to the Inagh Valley R344 signposted for Letterfrack.  Drive up by the lake for approximately 6.5 kms until you see a boat house on the left and a car park on the right. Turn up the road at the side of the car park signposted for Máméan and you will see our house as you reach the top of the first hill (1 minute drive).

Departing Westport/Letterfrack:

From the N59, turn down the road to the Inagh Valley R344 signposted for Recess. Follow the road for approximately 9 kms until you pass Lough Inagh Lodge Hotel on your left. Take the next road on the left after the hotel (2 mins drive) up the hill beside the car park, signposted for Máméan and you will see our house as you reach the top of the first hill (1 minute drive).
